Danielle Vermeulen was the lady who looked after me on the phone regarding my renewal and was absolutely fantastic to deal with. The system was not working so she completed my renewal 24hrs later with wonderful service. Something which is disappearing from today’s society. Phone consults would be very simple and stress free if everyone had Danielle’s manner.

I was unsure as to whether PD was reputable or competitive enough to carry my policy over into a second year. I’ve been wit PD now for about 5 years and although I’ve never had an accident claim I have used their vehicle recovery plan and was treated very well, I recently purchased a new car in a different state and the transfer was handled really well by Arnau . Very prompt and efficient, many thanks.

I have had my car insured with PD Insurance for a few years now. Recently I had to make a claim, my second in over 40 years of driving. I filled in an online claim, and the next day I was called by the claims person. Within 3 days. my car had been picked up and taken by truck from the country area I am in, to Perth for assessing. Every person I have dealt with from PD has been so professional and helpful. My claim was approved so quickly, the money was paid into my account within 2 weeks of me submitting the claim. I think it would have been even quicker if the repairer wasn't so busy. My relatives and friends have been amazed at how quickly this claim has been handled. I am so happy with PD for making a stressful situation so much easier. 14/8/25. I just wanted to make an additional comment, to my first review. PD have been so amazing, never in my life did I think I could ❤️ love an insurance company, but I do. They have stayed in contact with me, and advised me each time they paid another invoice to me to pay the repairer. If only I had the same service from my repairer, still waiting for my car to complete the repairs after three and a half long months.
